Cosmic & Sisters & Brothers...

The Creator/ God/ Goddess/  Hunab Ku in Mayan.
Our physical body is in it self the expansion & transcendence of Hunab Ku. He created an energetic body (Human Being) for it self & endowed it with a nervous system, an endocrine system, respiratory system, the capacity to smell, see, touch & hear, as well as a neuron structure that would be able to create & perceive a Spiritual body.
The physical body is made up of literally millions of cells, forming our organs & all the human body.
As we grow more cells are produced every day, by the food we consume. On a Spiritual level every time our brain is activated it produces a thought, our emotions & feelings are then activated & a new Spiritual cell is generated.
As we continue to grow up & generate thoughts our Spiritual body grows the same as our physical body does, in this way every Human is responsible for creating their own Spiritual body.
Another way to understand this is that our Spiritual body is formed by our thoughts, beliefs, concepts & ideas. They accumulate in the Spiritual body, every time we need them the brain becomes active & contacts the Spiritual body & downloads what it needs in the form of memory.
And we Re-member because it is a Spiritual cell, you can access these memories at any because it is with you for ever.
So no matter if we think or experience, good or bad ( Which really do not exist) when our brain activates, our emotions & feelings create a Spiritual cell, therefore to remain in a positive mindset is to create a positive thought form.
Our energetic/ Spiritual body always remains for ever, in truth we cannot die. When the physical body ceases to exist, our Spiritual body & that of our Spiritual cells transcend into other frequencies.
We come to Mother Earth to learn & grow both Physically, but more importantly as a sentient Spiritual being. When that growth, that learning is complete in the Physical body we are housed within for that life time, we transcend. When this occurs we take all that knowledge with us.
And when it is time once more to emerge into another physical body to learn & gather more experience, the previous learning lessons & experiences are still within us. What is important to Re-member is that we still have these Spiritual cells & that we can still access them when we know how. Part of this comes from an understanding, an awareness that we still carry them with us through our life times.
The Creator/ Hunab Ku, is very intelligent by creating the physical body to grow & expand, by doing so it is transporting its energy into other frequencies.
We indeed have a complex body & system designed by the Divine mind......
Nothing is ever lost & nothing is ever wasted....
All energy exists & will always exist forever, because it never dies, it only transforms, constantly growing & expanding.
The energy of life is the energy of everything, the everything of energy is the God/Goddess within us all & within everything that is exponentially expanding through the Universe as the ONE, the All & the I AM Presence.


To break old habits to live in the present is a difficult task indeed, but one we can all do to further our evolutionary experience, growing, but one we can have fun in doing when we understand more of why & how to.
Many of us hold deep issues in how we see & view our lives & the world in general.
These belief systems are in place as a defence mechanism, our ego.
We go through life encountering various scenarios some good & some bad, in our understanding of life.
When we encounter a situation that brings up a memory of something that which was undesirable our defence mechanism comes into play to protect us.
These deep seated emotions lie in the subconscious mind & the subconscious mind controls most of the physical bodies systems.
Our subconscious mind does not know the difference between the past & present. It has no understanding of time, it does not know that what your remembering is not actually happening in the now.
An event from 30 yrs ago can be the same as an event from today, the subconscious mind is collecting data like a hard drive & storing it.
When an unpleasant situation occurs & the subconscious mind comes in to action, your behaviour changes because the system of defence, your ego goes into self preservation mode. But a simple awareness of this process can help to transform it.
We must except & understand that we are Re-acting in our behaviour from a past event in our life that the subconscious mind is replaying.
We are all actors in the grand scale of things, the subconscious is revisiting the data stored. In other words you are Re-acting to it all over again because of the data available to you.
When this occurs step out of the way of logic & move into the awareness process. this allows doors to open or a choice process to occur. Escape the Re-action process & move into a Creation process, by choosing or Re-Creating yourself a new, a new experience to live your life.

                                                               The How To.....

To create a higher vision of how you see yourself, the world & by that everyone else comes from being, living in the positive mindset, the ultrasonic vibration. We have created this world & we have the capacity to change it by individually & collectively transforming it into a world vision of positive energy.
We can begin to do this by setting aside 15 minutes once per week with the people you know in your town & country. This time can be increased if you wish or used more than once per week, this is just a generalisation I am giving, to start with.
Discuss in your groups that which you wish to transform, manifest collectively, whether that be to create a beautiful lush green rain forests, jungles,trees to create a balance within our environment or fields of an abundant harvest growing in pastures for the benefit feeding the worlds hungry people. It can be a variety of food sources to create a world without famine.
What ever you wish to create you can using the creative thought & feeling process collectively.
No matter what you wish to create you can, discuss all this with your groups before the process.
You may wish to create love & happiness around the globe, that is fine you can.
A good suggestion would be to find visual aids to assist in the thought process which helps the visual representation of the creation process, by using pictures you have a better frame of reference to create with.
Use your creative imagination as the list in creating positive outcomes to the worlds issues is endless & so is our potential to heal & create a Positive new world without fear, famine, violence, oppression & war.
15 minutes once per week everyone can do, it does not have to stop there either most of us are connected to our groups through the internet in other countries so connect with them.
For example connect & create at 8pm in every country, do not be concerned with the time differences because if you Re-member time makes no difference when your using the energy of the Cosmos to create.
Time is not real, it's all made up, as is the world your living in, your making it all up anyway.
Therefore why not use this illusion of make believe to work in your favor by Co-creating a new process connecting collectively to create a new world vision using the vibrational energy of the God/Goddess from within.
You can also use affirmations in conjunction with the pictures in your groups, try not to get caught up with too much detail when Co-creating. These words are for the outcomes you wish to create.
Most of all have fun in the process, it was always meant to be fun in creating, so just go with it.
When your enjoying the creative process for what it is, it is amplifying the process seven fold.
After each session get feed back from your groups & see what you can improve upon.
Too long has the smog of negative subsonic frequency effected most of Humanity & the world around us, now we have a real opportunity to change the course of human thoughts, feelings & the world at large.
We are all Master Magicians & have the right & will to effect real change with the power of positive thoughts & feelings. We can reclaim the power we always had but most were unaware that they had by Re-awakening to the potential of global change, a gift bestowed upon us from the Prime Creator as Co-Creators with Hunab Ku/ The God/Goddess that is in us all.

We now fully understand that we are all Divinely Powerful & can alter the world in which we inhabit.
There will be opportunities that test us as we continue to grow Spiritually, but Great Spirit is on our side & always stands ready to assist when called upon.
During those moments of lapse, when we going into negative thinking stop, yes literally stop the thinking you were doing.
When your tired what do you do? You sleep
When you have been walking all day & need to rest what do you do? Stop walking
So then what do you do when you have been thinking in a negative way? Yes that is right you Stop that too.
We in the West think far too much, & most of that is a negative mindset. Learn to feel more, all of which comes from the heart, with Compassion & Love.

So Stop the negative thought forms mid sentence, this act provides you with the opportunity to choose & reflect upon what you was about to complete thinking.
Re-member the process of thinking works by choosing a thought, then your body automatically develops the corresponding emotion. So choose a positive outcome & your body will choose a positive emotion.
Have fun doing this, have fun in this world of make believe.
It will take a great degree of training to change these old ways of negative thinking, but surely that is all the fun in doing it.
You can also use the breathing technique, when those negative thoughts come to the surface take a deep cleansing breath, just the way you would do in meditation or Yoga, this simple act is very powerful, just ask any Yoga teacher.
Breathing deeply draws into your body huge amounts of positive & life giving energy which is just the medicine when the smog of negative comes those thoughts.

The all that is ONE! & Our Thoughts

Cosmic Sisters & Brothers....

During this time of change our thoughts are more important now than ever before....
Everything is connected to everything else, there is nothing that is Dis-connected, we only think that it is.
The all of everything, or the God/ Goddess is a vibration of different frequencies in different locations.
These differences  are rather like a disturbance in the energy field, like a pebble being dropped in a pond.
Human beings are a local disturbance, so are our thoughts, our words & our actions, because words vibrate as do our thoughts & our actions vibrate.
When you  speak words you are making sounds, these sounds are a vibration at differing frequencies.
Thoughts are a different vibration because they are less dense, actions are also different being less dense than thoughts because they carry a vibration of a different frequency.
When we create, we are tuning into the vibration of that which already exists in the energy of everything, the ONE, the ALL.
The act of attunement with the vibration of everything brings it to you, in truth we are not creating anything, we are merely noticing/ experiencing that it already has been created.
We are attracting to it, attuning to it.
This process of attraction,
 in simple terms is that we are adjusting our own energy (Vibration) to match the energy (Vibration) to that which we wish to experience.
We are experiencing the already created, by becoming in resonance with this vibration.
We do this by pulling the vibration to ourselves  from the field of infinite possibilities, by identifying our energies to this field of energy.
We can only experience the right here, the right now! You cannot experience yesterday, you only remember it, just as you cannot experience the future, you can only prepare for it.
The universal experience can only be done in the right here & now...
That in mind, nothing is real, this is true because it is only real to the degree that your experiencing it....
By experiencing it you make it real in this third dimensional reality, because you are experiencing this vibration, you make it real by drawing the energies of creation to you.

One of the most powerful forms of manifesting, creating in the third dimension is the act of feeling...
Feeling focuses energies into a resonating wave pattern.
So when your creating your reality think & feel your creation into reality, feel what it would be like to have what you desire, feel what the experience would be like.
Feeling is really a powerful Alli we possess, it's the best way to identify with the energy we wish to experience more of, by resonating with it.

Collectively, we as Human beings are the masters of our own creation
The many ongoing issues of the world have been brought into creation because we so desire it that way.
Although the majority of us are unaware we are conscious creators, therefore we do not mean to create pain & suffering around the world.
Let me be clear here there is no blame attached to this, we simply create the world we see around us here.
Again we are not being labelled as bad people, only that we are uninformed that we are magicians creating through a world of negative thinking collectively.
Collectively we create negative thought forms, like a holographic projection of fear based energies we see globally as pain & suffering.
Religions & Cultures have kept us from discovering/ Re-membering  the Divine truth, that we are Master Magicians capable of creating peace, love, abundance & harmony wherever we go & throughout Mother Earth using the power of creative thinking.
The world we see is the way it is not because the Creator, the God/ Goddess wishes it so, but because we do as a species collectively.
We may individually in some cases not desire this, but collectively we do.
Because the majority of Humans have not Re-membered the real power they have within to Co-Create their reality using the Universal energy available to them in conjunction with the God/ Goddess they have inside them.
It is then this collective thinking that needs to be addressed, which we can do individually, by becoming individually aware that our thoughts & feelings create our experiences. This will change the collective conditioning  of the world because nothing that has been inflicted on humanity by humanity cannot be changed into a positive outcome.

A way to do this is to desire for others, that which you wish to experience for yourself. It is also the fastest & best process in which to achieve an outcome, by multiplying the collective creative process.
The Human brain when in a positive mindset vibrates in the high Ultrasonic frequency just like our beloved Earth does & that of Solar flares.
We are vibrating to this frequency when we are giving out the good vibe, when we are happy, meditating, involved in Sacred ceremony, Chanting, in Prayer, in perfect balance with our environment.
As I have noted in past communications the Solar activity we have been experiencing  has been on many levels effecting our bodies & making the fine tuning necessary for our evolution & ascension.

One thing Solar light has been doing is making changes to our Neurons, our Neuron net.
The ability to manifest, our thoughts are now so powerful we really have to be aware of our thought patterns. The changes to our neurons have the ability to amplify our thoughts & feelings, like a beacon transmitter we can now produce either low level subsonic frequencies, which are negative or high ultrasonic frequencies, which are positive. 
Of course we have always had this ability to do this, however now our neurons, our energetic receptors have been tuned to emit vibrations into our third dimensional reality at a greater degree or intensity than before.

Einstein famously quoted      " You cannot solve a problem using the same energy in which it was created"

Of course he was right, you have to use another form of energy/ Vibration that of high ultrasonic frequency.
Used individually & collectively ultrasonic frequency then is the key ingredient to change the course of humanities pain & suffering.
By creating a different consciousness, a elevated consciousness  which is positive.
Just imagine if the creative consciousness of humanity were to create a positive process with their thoughts & feelings to the worlds issues.
If we were to all to have this positive, ultrasonic frequency vibrating around the globe, the whole world would change over night......
The world we see today would cease to exist.... No more meaningless wars, no more famine, no more suffering, no more pain, no more violence, no more sorrow & no more disharmony....
Wow what an exciting prospect that is......
Just think of it..... Think positively of it, an end to all that would truly be well worth creating would it not???

Solar Activity & Cells

Solar Activity Update.....
On Sept 11th a magnetic filament of energy from Father Sun erupted into a CME from the area of the Southern limp of the Sun.
Apologies for the delay in getting this out, I had computer connection issues.
This CME however is not according to Scientific predictions in the line of Mother Earth, but as I have always stressed to you any such activity is effecting us on a cellular level through the genetic coding we are receiving from the Cosmos, because we are part of the Solar system & thus fall within the Aura of Father Sun.
Thus then we have no time frame to predict its arrival, you should then be prepared on an awareness level for these  Solar waves.
As with all Solar activity then keep yourselves well grounded, drink plenty of water & allow these energy changes within your being to occur with grace & love.
The next few weeks will see an increase in Solar activity as a new wave, a batch of Solar energy comes to us & makes the changes needed within the human body to allow our transformation process to continue.
We are climbing the rung of the ascension ladder onward & upward & can expect much more to come for our bodies. Our cells are literally being rewritten hard wired like a computer to allow us to survive in the higher frequency of realms, you may actually feel these occurrences in your bodies, there may also be other symptoms like feeling physically drained, tired.
All of which is a positive sign that these changes, the evolution of your body is right on track.
Do not be too concerned about what is occurring within you, only trust & know it is all for the better, therefore essential.
The heavenly Father/ Mother, God/ Goddess, the Creator however you wish to call that which is pure energy can turn up in many life forms, including the so called old man with a beard who sits in heaven looking down upon us. The Creator as I call him or Hunab Ku can also appear to us as a ray of light, or pure energy.
We as human beings also shape into anything that we choose, we really do, we just do it one cell at a time, whereas the Creator does it all at once.
The Shamanic ancient Maya & many Shaman of today, for example were known change, shape shift into other forms, into the Balaam/ Jaguar during the night.
The point here is the changes to our cellular makeup are occurring.
In the human body we carry stem cells, these remarkable little things have no particular characteristic, but they adopt characteristics by renewing themselves through cell division, changing into a wide range of specialized cell types.
Stem cells can become cells of any part of the body, when you hurt or damage yourself, these wonderful stem cells transform & replace the damaged cell, may it be bone, brain, heart, anything within the body.
Just think about that for a moment.....

Now think about how that works on a Cosmic/ Evolutionary scale, the Celestial light that we are receiving from the Creator via Father Sun is the main switch to activate cells within the human body.
We already have stem cells that can change their characteristics, so would it not be a wonderful idea that the Universe, the Creator utilize these cells for greater purpose, expanding on what they already done naturally, CHANGE.
And this our cells are more than capable of doing, for this is their purpose, they are very flexible.
Cosmic light is allowing the cellular process to expand ourselves into a grander version of ourselves
These cells have been created by the God/Goddess & can become a multitude of cellular organisms in the human body & they are also now being used to assist in our Spiritual growth, our genetic evolution from within.
They hold an important key for allowing us to with stand the higher frequencies of light, this is what is meant by light bodies.
