Kili'ich HUNAB KU
Dear Cosmic Sisters and Brothers...
In the Mayan tradition the Creator, the God/Goddess is referred to as Kili'ich HUNAB KU ( Holy Creator)
The one giver of movement and measure.
The bible states that we, "Human beings were created in the image and the likeness of God"
When we examine this closer we can see that certain aspects of this statement come from a perception based solely upon logic and a limited understanding of what it was meant to portray to humanity. This view of our Creator has been restricted by religious dogma since it was placed into the bible, over 600 yrs after the physical death of Lord Jesus Christ of the Light by the church in Rome.
The Maya have an expanded perception of what this passage is trying to relate to humanity.
When we come to the understanding that we are all sentient beings, first and foremost a Spiritual essence which is carried within a vessel we call the human body, we can come to a clearer awareness of this message. We are not our bodies, our bodies are what we have to live on Earth. We inhabit this vessel as means to live in third dimensional reality in order that the Creator, Hunab Ku may experience through us as us.
Our Spiritual essence, the Soul can never cease to exist, we can never die, our body is not what we are but a way to function in this presently changing third dimension reality.
Kili'ich Hunab Ku is very intelligent, creating a physical body to grow and expand, to transport it's energy to other frequencies, which it does through every Human being and is the reason why the Human body is so complex.
We are all Hunab Ku, because we are an essence of the Creator. We are a piece of the ONE, the Whole. We are all individual life forms but also an individualization of the God/Goddess.
We are little pieces of a giant puzzle that is the aspect of Hunab Ku. Whether you are aware of this or not is down to choice, your free will. Only an awareness can lead you to this inner knowing. When the awareness of this occurs, your awakening of the Divine aspect that courses through you, and your whole perspective on life will change forever.
Throughout the limited and the male version of history (His Story) we have been led to believe that our God is in physical form. We have been taught in our schools and our religions that our Creator sits in heaven. Indeed many believe that this manifestation of the Creator has a white beard and white hair, commanding his will upon humanity, all from the higher realms of heaven.
As your awareness expands, the principles on which you have built the understanding of the divine also expands allowing clearer insights to come into your awareness, you begin to Re-member.
What you are being reminded, what your inner knowing encourages you to Re-member is that the Creator is Love, as are you Love, you had merely forgotten that you are. This Love is an energy.
When we come to realize that we are the Spiritual essence of the Creator, we also come to the conclusion that Hunab Ku is without form, a Divine mind, a mighty and all encompassing Spiritual essence that consists of pure energy. One in which the Universe moves with and within, the ONE and the ALL.
Like the bible says, we have been created in the image and likeness of God but only from a different perspective to what we assumed previously.
The Maya and many of the worlds ancient cultures have made this distinction very clear in their teachings.
Kili'ich Hunab Ku is the one giver of movement and measure. For there is no movement that cannot be measured. Or, all that exists is only movement and measure in the memory of Hunab Ku. The Creator is energy, a form of energy and that energy is all there is and all there will ever be. And like all energy there are different vibrations to it that oscillate at various frequencies.
The Human body is the transcendence and expansion of Hunab Ku. A means for the Creator to experience all there is through the human body.
Every time you think and activate emotions or feelings you are creating an energetic cell within a Spiritual frequency. Hunab Ku created an energetic body (Human beings) for itself with a nervous system, a respiratory system, an endocrine system full of neurons that has the ability to smell, touch, see, hear and feel.
The physical vessel is made of billions of cells which form our organs and is able to perceive and create through it's thoughts and feelings. It is by it's very design a genius of engineering that carries the Soul within this physical form whilst in the physical realm.
Symbolically in Mayan science Hunab Ku is a geometric form of a square within a circle. The Square symbolizes the number 20 and represents measure, whilst the circle symbolizes the number 13 and represents Movement.
Hunab Ku gave humanity seven (7) unique and special powers that are distributed throughout the human body known as Chakra's or Chacla in Mayan. These are the very same energy centers found in the Reiki teachings (pronounced Ray-key, the Universal life Force Energy) This sacred form of healing originates from
ancient teachings translated from original Sanskrit which was discovered in a Zen Buddhist Monastery in the last century by a Japanese Doctor called Mikao Usui.
Rei = Spiritual wisdom or more accurately Divine Spiritual Consciousness and Ki = The life of the Cosmos which is evident in everything. Many cultures around the World have a different name for this life energy such as Ch'i in China, Prana in India, Orenda in Native America and what the Maya call Koyopa.
These seven energy centres are located in the base/ root chakra, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the third eye and in the crown areas of the human body. Throughout Asia Lord Buddha was said to of been bitten by the Serpent with seven heads in the river of initiation.
The snake is most revered throughout the World in many cultures like that of India, the Americas and Egypt.
We have many references to the Snake throughout our so called history, most notably when Eve was enticed by the Serpent to take fruit from the tree of life in the Garden of Eden.
In many ancient cultures the Serpent is seen as wisdom containing deep knowledge. In the Sacred Mayan Cholq'ij calendar (the count of days) which is governed by the numbers 13 and 20, but also a connection to Cosmic and telluric energy currents has a underlying principle attached to snake medicine. The Serpent being a symbol of movement and measure. (13 and 20)
Serpents are seen throughout the whole of the Mesoamerican culture, and the most know representation of these is Kukulkan (Quetzalcoatl) the Feathered Serpent.
A prophet we know throughout the World as Lord Jesus Christ of the Light, who's essence originates from the Pleiades. (which is also from the Mayan teachings of their origins) Just prior to the birth of Christ, Jesus/ Kukulkan appeared in many of the Worlds Spiritual centres before his actual birth in Bethlehem, this was to announce to the World that a great teacher was about to be born. One of these places was Teotihuacan near Mexico city.
The Kundalini (K'ulthanlini in Mayan) is the Serpent fire energy located at the base of the spine, the coccyx's, a channel for Divine life force energy to enter the human body. Ancient teachings allow us to remember how to use the seven energy centres, the Chacla such as Reiki and Mayan knowledge with our minds and bodies.
When we follow these paths they lead us to begin a journey that of Kukulkan, to the light.
In the Mayan Cholq'ij calendar Kan is both the Serpent and the number four, the number four in Mayan is associated to the Pyramid, a geometric shape and one of the platonic solids.
Located in the Yucatan of Mexico is the sacred Mayan city of Chichen Itza, the city of the seven golden portals of the Cosmos. There is no writing in Chichen Itza only carvings and fresco images throughout the whole site. In the centre of the main plaza stands a large Pyramid named Kukulkan. This amazing architectural masterpiece was created for the World of today by the Maya of yesterday, geometrically perfect, it among many of it's secrets allows for a specific light show to occur only on the Equinoxes of each year.
Here we have a visual display of Kukulkan, the Serpent (Wisdom) that makes it's journey from the Heavens into the Earth via the light of Father Sun which shines it's shadow on the North Western edge of the Pyramid.
This gives both the visual impression of seven triangles of light and six triangles of dark (13) as the Serpent sliding down the balustrade of the temple into Mother Earth and Cosmic energy on this high output energy period entering the surrounding area.
Personally it is one of the most amazing experiences you can have as you feel the Serpent energy activating your Chakras and rise within your own Serpent channel, the Kundalini.
It is a Solar initiation from Kili'ich Hunab Ku which allows the activation of the seven Chacla power centres to illuminate. For many whom are unaware of what is occurring to them during this initiation, it is a blissful and serene feeling which lasts for many hours after leaving Chichen Itza.
"Luk'umen tun ben kan" (Absorbed by the Serpent of Sacred Knowledge)
In essence we then become our own Buddha (butz' hah in Mayan) by receiving our own seven headed wisdom.
Elsewhere in Chichen Itza, in the Ballcourt we can again see this representation of the seven Serpents emerging from the body of an initiate, known as the seven flowering of Consciousness.
Kukulkan is derived from the root of Hunab Ku.
In the sacred manuscript of K'altun, Kili'ich Hunab Ku said " Take care of the light that I leave within my temple, humans will find the light they need for eternal life"
The temple the Creator is revering to, is the Spiritual essence of all sentient beings.
Divine Love and Blessings to all
